My Orchestra

As the sky darkens like the dimming of lights in a theatre I walk away with a sense of accomplishment. Standing back I piece together the days challenges, passions and blessings and come to realize they were all embraced by God. I feel like taking a bow. I made it through the day, through a painting, stood up to the wind and appreciated the sun on my side. I felt like an orchestra conductor placing my baton down after the last stroke ready to play it again in the morning and thankful that I had this time of visual music before me that day.
